The idea for Iron Made Gym was born in a basement with a few friends discussing where they were going to train next due to their gym closing its doors. As I began organizing equipment and mapping out where to acquire all the items I would need to furnish the gym, all my leads fell through. I began to reflect on the situation and one thing was clear, I lost sight of where God could use me and how.
The next events were nothing short of amazing, God led me to meet so many amazing people. Equipment was pulled from multiple locations hours away in PA and OH. God truly had His hand in what was occurring as membership grew and we eventually moved from Bessemer, PA to New Middletown, OH. This is the way a gym should be. From the atmosphere to the people are always welcoming.
It even has the supplements you need right on hand and if they don't have what your looking for I'm sure Kevin will get it for you! Kevin helped me out a great deal when I was getting ready for my first show. He is very well knowledgeable in what ever your goals are.

Kevin Byers is a graduate of Mohawk High School where he played soccer during middle school and basketball throughout high school.
He was inducted into the Mohawk Alumni Hall of Fame in 2018.
He continued his education at Slippery Rock University and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and minor in Business Management.
He married Jennifer in 2011.
They welcomed their first born in 2016 and second in 2018 and now their third in 2021.
While operating business at Iron Made, Kevin also worked for Columbiana Boiler Company for 5 years as Assistant Product Manager of the Galvanizing Kettle Division.
