Body Temple Fitness is a facility that was the first of its kind in the Youngstown area. A family-friendly, high-intensity exercise studio designed to make our clients feel like they are part of a bigger family, the BTF family. I've been going to BTF for over a year and it has changed my life! Not only physically, but mentally and spiritually! It is not just a place to workout, but a place that feels like home.
Not to mention I have been an athlete all my life and never had a workout as effective and powerful as these ladies put together at BTF!

Body Temple Fitness is a studio that offers a very specific workout environment for all types of people at all levels of fitness.
It is our mission to make fitness fun and inspiring through the atmosphere, the instructors, and the workouts we create.
Typical classes feature 55 minutes of cardio and strength interval training.
You will constantly be switching between the two so you will never get bored!
In 2014, my dream of nearly 10 years became reality when the doors of BTF opened for the first time!

I dont workout, I hate treadmills, can I still take this class?
Yes!
We design these workouts in a way that all fitness levels are together in the same class.
You can be a walker, jogger or runner and the instructor will work with you to figure out what is best for you.
Also, you control your treadmill so you control your workout!
If something seems too much you are able to scale it back.
What do you do at BTF?
Our workouts are 55 minutes long with 5 minutes at the end for stretching.
You will do 20-25 min of cardio as well as 20-25 min of weight training.

At Body Temple Fitness, we are committed to providing you with the tools and experience to create your best self in mind, body and spirit.
Do: Come to each class with a good attitude, plenty of water and a pair of clean shoes.
Don't: Bring negative thoughts and judgmental behavior, or forget to schedule your classes ahead of time!

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away and you will be charged for the class.
Call ahead if you are running late to avoid losing your spot.
If you fail to show for your reservation more than 3 times in a month you may lose reservation privileges.
