The Works is a 80,000+ square foot multipurpose health club owned by Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. The Works is located at 23 Works Way on Route 108 in Somersworth, 2 miles north of Exit 9 on the Spaulding Turnpike (the old Weeks Traffic Circle) and 10 minutes from Rochester and Dover. The Works will be the premier wellness and fitness center for individuals and families on the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
The Works will partner with Wentworth-Douglass Health System to improve the health of the population we serve by promoting healthy behaviors and active lifestyles.

In order to provide the best service for all our members, when you reserve a lane or a pod and cannot attend we require you to cancel in the Member Portal (where you made your reservation) OR to call us at 603-742-2163 in advance as soon as you know.
Otherwise, we hold your lane/pod and it does not allow other members to use the pools.
We understand plans can change and therefore will offer three warnings prior to removing reservation privileges.
Once the third warning has been reached, all reservations privileges on our app, will be suspended for two weeks.

After entering your information, select "Search" in the bottom right corner.
Once your account is found, a verification email will then be sent to your email address with the final login instructions.

You will then be directed to the member portal home page!

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Rehabilitation Services offers one-on-one care with licensed therapists for specialized treatment of pain and muscular conditions along with general orthopedic rehabilitation.
The care team specializes in spine care, sports rehab, aquatic therapy, orthopedic care, and hand therapy, using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
Dry needling is also available.
This location inside The Works also allows you easy access to aquatic therapy and exercise support as part of your treatment plan.
