Crossfit Albuquerque has been driving it's members to meet their fitness, performance, health, and nutritional goals in a fun and friendly atmosphere for over 15 years. Our experienced and caring coaches will help you develop skills and strength in movements you do everyday in the real world like squatting, standing up, picking up heavy items, pushing weight overhead, and running after your kids.
We go beyond lifting and working out at Crossfit ABQ with top level programming, nutrition coaching and personal training. Our CrossFit Group classes encompass a warmup, skill/strength work, the workout (or WOD), cool down, and discussion. In our olympic lifting class you will be exposed to accessory lifts, technique drills, power and strength development, and full and partial lifts.
Our Kid's program is an exciting and fun way for our young athletes to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. At CrossFit Albuquerque we realize that some of you may prefer to train one on one or that you may have very specialized athletic or job related goals.

I was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, but have lived in New Mexico for over 30 years.
I love spending my free time with my amazing wife Corrie and our 3 boys.
We also have a dog, pig, and 16 chickens.
For fun, I enjoy working out, playing music, and trying new and "impossible" things!
One of the highlights of my week is getting to take a break from all the other things in my life, and just play some music and lead worship.
From an early age, I have been involved in health and fitness, starting with dance and gymnastics as a young kid, and then moving into competitive ice hockey until the age of 18.

The class will focus on the development of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
During the class you will be exposed to accessory lifts, technique drills, power and strength development, and full and partial lifts.
Weightlifting shoes are encouraged.
The Olympic Weightlifting class is open to members of CrossFit Albuquerque that have an Unlimited membership, as well as drop ins, after a screening.
