Perfect for Everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave our classes. This class is designed for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

Strong combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.

After that, we offer a New Client Special, 30 days (consecutive) of unlimited classes for only $30.
All you need to do to get started is to create a profile and schedule your first class with us!
As Certified Personal Trainer, I am committed to help my clients reach their fitness goals through cardio, strength training, and stretching and flexibility exercises.
I will work one-on-one with my clients to develop personalized fitness plans.
ACCOUNTABILITY & MOTIVATION Trainers are experts at holding you accountable.
You have a set, paid appointment.
Your trainer will be there waiting for you with a smile on his/her face each and every time you show up.
They help you to not only develop your own personalized goals but to also develop a realistic and achievable plan to attain these goals.
Please make every effort to sign up for classes in advance to ensure your spot as well as use of equipment.
If you are signed up for class and are unable to attend, you MUST cancel class at least 1 hour prior to class or you will be charged.
If you have a class pass, 1 class will be deducted from your package.
If you have a month unlimited package, you will be charged the current drop in rate.
Late cancellation fees will be deducted the same day for all class pass and month unlimited package holders.
