I'm Juliet, a personal trainer based in Pine Bush, NY, dedicated to getting people in shape and improving their quality of life. After years of being injured and loafing around I started to look for a personal trainer.
About 10 seconds after our first session ended, I asked her if I could hire her for an additional 40 sessions.
She took the time to create a plan that catered to my physical limitations and goals.
