After working as an RN in the Emergency Department for years, I stayed at home and worked off and on while having my babies (who are now 12 and 9).
During my time at home, I found fitness to be a great outlet for me.
I worked with a personal trainer and took small and large group classes, following every instruction I was given in search of my "goal body."

Each workout is designed to be scaled to meet your individual needs and fitness level, and our dynamic programming means you'll never get bored with the workouts.
Our coaching focuses on proper form, functional movements, and takes place in a friendly and supportive group setting.
Set group of clients (the same 25 or less clients participating each session for the program duration).

These hour-long sessions are packed with everything you needed to stay fit with a busy schedule!

Or does your schedule prevent you from getting to the gym during group training hours?
I (Amy Harris) can design a custom fitness program for you to take with you on the go using an app called Trainerize!
In the One to One program you will participate in 2-4 sessions a week that are scheduled with a trainer at your convenience.
