We are Jefferson's only 24/7 fitness facility and are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be. No fitness program works if you don't do it. Whether your schedule allows you to work out at 4pm or 4am, we're always ready to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For less than a cup of coffee each day, you can have full access to our full range of cardio and strength training equipment.
We know that most clubs like to make you commit to a membership for at least a year, but we would prefer that you keep coming back because you want to! We allow you to freeze your membership for up to 6 months at no charge. If you decide your membership is not working out for you, you can cancel it with only 30 days notice. Everyone works hard and it seems like many of us no longer have time for anything but eating, working, and sleeping.

We frequently see members actually gain weight for a little while before they start losing it, even though their clothes keep getting looser.
It happens because your body is building muscle when you work out (technically shortly thereafter).
Muscle is much denser than fat, so your size may decrease before your weight does.
The good news is that muscle burns a lot of energy, so the more muscle you have, the more energy you can burn in a given period of time, which in turn makes it easier to get rid of extra body fat reserves.
In fact, it can be very misleading.
