If your personal positions are an extension of you then what are you an extension of? I believe that we as a society should be more aware and more involved in our health so that we can maintain a strong and healthy life. My training philosophy is to have you in a state of independence where you no longer will have to rely on a personal trainer or a coach to deliver your fitness needs.

Starting now, you will be the coach! All of this will be done by 3 fundamental principles that all certified trainers should possess: Motivate, Educate and Assist. Motivate - I know starting a new routine is never easy but I'll be the spark that lights the flame inside you, driving you on the days when you are at your lowest. Educate - Knowledge is power, so Ill arm you with all the knowledge that I have obtained over the years and pass them on to you.

Learn the dos and don'ts of eating, proper technique and what makes some workout programs better than others. Assist - I will be here with you every step of the way, checking in on you on our days off, critiquing your technique and providing constructive feedback.
