J-Rad Fitness is a private personal training and semi-private training fitness studio in Glen Carbon, Illinois. We operate by appointment only to provide a much more personalized and safe environment for all of your fitness needs. We are woman owned and operated and ensure a judgement free experience for clients of all ages (16+) and abilities.

I'm Jamie and I am the owner/ personal trainer of J-Rad Fitness, LLC.
I have been in the fitness industry since 2015 after I fell in love with the way strength training made me feel both mentally and physically.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with credentials through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council of Exercise (ACE).
I also hold an Exercise Nutrition Specialization through ACE.
This means I not only have a base on how the body works and how to exercise, but also how to fix and work with different bodily dysfunctions and assist with nutrition.
Training sessions must be canceled before 9 pm the night before a morning appointment.
Evening appointments must be canceled no later than noon day of.
You WILL be charged the full price of a session if you do not follow these guidelines (emergencies are on a case by case basis, at the discretion of the trainer.)
Group classes signed up for but not attended without prior cancellation (8+ hours in advance) will automatically be charged for a class from their package or card on file.
Session packages are NON-REFUNDABLE with the exception of moving 30+ miles from the studio.
I train clients of all abilities, from complete beginners who've never lifted a dumbbell in their life to athletes who need that little extra push!
Each training session is geared toward YOUR goals, not a cookie cutter workout that every client gets.
My clients range from those who were college athletes to those who simply want to walk without fear of falling as they age.
While my clients who see me twice a week and do fitness assignments outside of our sessions tend to see the absolute best results, you can choose how much time you put into your fitness journey.
