I am a Registered Nurse and ACE certified fitness instructor. My interest in fitness began after experiencing the benefits of mood enhancement and body strengthening. Through weight-bearing exercise and dietary changes, I increased my bone density without taking high-risk medications. My own experience and my years in healthcare have given me a passion for extending the benefits of exercise to others.
