Services
I have been a personal trainer in central Vermont since 1991.
It has been my greatest pleasure to help many people identify and achieve their health and fitness goals.
My passion for fitness grew out of a sense of adventure, the wonders of the outdoors, and a desire to be a healthy role model as a single parent to three young children.
From those early days, I made small, persistent changes in the kinds of food I ate and prepared for my children, and I made outdoor fun and adventure a routine part of our family time.
Anita Hoy offers a variety of services to enhance your health and well-being as described in this site.
Anita is happy to cooperate with your medical providers to ensure that you are receiving appropriate care and recovery from illness or injury.
Most services average $55-60/hour with differences for packages and programs.
Fluidly Moving Body Works has relied exclusively on word of mouth advertising to build its clientele.
This is the best means to finding those people who are committed to improving their own health and well-being through integrated bodywork and coaching services.
Clients are of ages between 14 - 90, all walks of life and with a variety of physical complaints, issues or limitations.
The word of mouth/referral service is so important that a client can earn a free one hour session simply by referring a friend or family member who books 5 or more appointments.
There are many good reasons to seek massage therapy.
Medical providers often recommend massage as a way to assist healing.
We are living in a fast paced world with multiple demands.
How do we navigate work, kids, social commitments and many other details which swiftly fill our days without experiencing stress and anxiety?
Maybe you are training for an athletic event and you are struggling with overuse strains and alignment issues.
Some of us struggle with diabetic pain, arthritis or other debilitating and chronic conditions.
Do you want to look good, feel good, and lose 10 years while overcoming nagging or chronic pain?
Are you interested in unraveling soft tissue and joints?
Suppose you could accomplish this while also building strength, endurance and flexibility; is that something that you would sign up for?
I am offering an 8 week start-up program that integrates massage and personal training/therapeutic exercise.
Through this you will gain all of the benefits of your massage treatments while also learning how to improve physical function with a personalized exercise program.
