The bootcamp classes are challenging and I push to get through them. All the trainers are great and it's always a great sense of accomplishment when class ends. Not only do I feel great, I have also noticed significant changes in my body and improvements in my endurance, stamina and strength. I decided to join Kilfit at the beginning of 2018. I started with boot camp classes, then I joined the Transformation Challenge and OMG it was so much fun!
My coach Pamela is so knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise movements. Kilfit has it all from boot camp classes, personal training, gym access, meal prep services, and awesome music, I can't wait to do another Transformation Challenge!

My 8 Year old hockey player son sees KC 2 x's a week and has been going for 4 months.
And already his game, movement and stamina has improved greatly.
This place is great for all ages and they work on perfecting movement and strength to help prevent sports injuries.
