Blue Image is a bootcamp based facility that offers bootcamp classes and also one on one training for beginners and advanced athletes. It is a family based type environment where no one is the facility will be looked at in a judgmental manner. Currently Blue Image is in search of creating awareness to the community about healthy lifestyles in our neighborhood.
We want to create a fun way to prevent diseases and live a long healthy life. We are confident that we can provide a great routine combined with a well balanced diet to get a client jump started into happier lifestyle. All the workouts are planned out to the last minute. Every class is filled with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which means that for the entirety of the class you are burning FAT!
