This class is based around the Tabata protocol, which is 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off timing.
A Flexibility and Stretching class that involves deep breathing and some yoga poses, all while using the TRX.
A perfect pairing to the Power Half Hour!
After all, all movement stems from the the core!
