Evolve Body Camp is a fast-paced group resistance training program.
It is designed to get your heart rate elevated to burn body fat, as well as strengthen and shape your muscles, which leads to long term fat loss and an improved physique.
Workouts are designed for groups of 4-6 people as a more affordable alternative to personal training, along with the added motivation of tackling each workout with friends and fellow goal seekers.
Evolve classes can be scheduled ahead of time, if you have a group of 4 people you enjoy working out with or if you are solo, you can join an existing group at a given time slot.
