Trainer Holly Jo Johnson
Holly Jo Johnson is a Liberty Hill, TX-based personal trainer and life coach taking clients through their journey of health, fitness and wellness with individualized programs and methods. I've been training with Holly for nearly a year now (I think), and it's been a great experience overall. She meets me where I am but never fails to challenge me and has contributed to my now-much-healthier outlook.

I absolutely love this woman! Yes, we are friends now, but we started out as just a client/trainer relationship. Holly is an amazing trainer, one of her best trainer qualities is that she is great at paying attention to your specific needs. I got into the best shape of my. I reached out to Holly about 2 years ago for personal training. Holly also trained my wife along with me this past year.

I must say we both have made significant nutritional and fitness changes as a result of Holly's plan for us. Holly is very easy to work with. Holly is my daughter so some may think I'm biased but rest assured she receives no credit unless it's deserved.

Personal training sessions are just that - personal - so they are tailored to your current condition and your goals.
In classes, we include modifications that allow people at all fitness levels to participate.

Holly teaches Hatha yoga, which is gentle but can provide a great challenge.
She opens all classes to all levels, as she feels that this creates a great environment for newer students to learn and more experienced students to be reminded of the basics.
The Warrior Wellness studio, where personal training sessions and small group classes (including yoga and aerial yoga) take place, is attached to Holly's home but doesn't feel like a "home gym."
The studio is well equipped with cardio equipment, free weights and a rack, myofascial release tools, yoga equipment and everything else you will need to get a great workout!
With such a wide variety of resources at her disposal, she's able to keep sessions interesting, challenging and productive for all of her clients.
