Next 5 Fitness provides structured fitness programs that are designed to build strength and lose weight for any fitness level! Our 5 station system is set up with daily workouts so you don't have to think about what to do when you get to the gym, it's already done for you! We provide coaches at every class to demonstrate the exercise, promote good form, answer any questions you have and encourage you through the entire workout!

High-Impact and Low-impact aerobic exercise include rowing, skiers, assault bikes, box jumps. To help you get a stronger core and improve balance you'll use stabilizing balls and Bosu's to develop a strong core. On the TRX Suspension Trainer, you're in control. Use your body weight and gravity to perform over 300 exercises that you can make easier or harder.

I've been at Next 5 for over a year and everyday I continue to see improvements in my cardio and strength. I'm happy to announce that I have dropped 16 lbs. Consistency is key in the world of fitness, I've been consistently coming to Next 5 for a little over a year and putting in hard work.
