Hi, my name is Coach Kyle Rasmussen and I'm the owner and head fitness trainer at Rasmussen Fitness. I'm a weight loss coach that helps busy women who have been struggling with yo-yo dieting, and inconsistent habits get into the best shape of your life by utilizing nutrition, fitness, and mindset to create permanent results. I wanted to provide a little information so that you could get to know me a little better.

I've never been one to talk about myself. I always felt that if there was something important to tell, it would speak for itself. When people have to talk about themselves, I usually find there is not much there worth hearing as their attempts only cheapen their accomplishments. Instead of writing a bio page about who I am, I have decided to simply sum up a few highlights with bullet points.

The 60-minute group fitness class takes place every Saturday at 10:30am.
