Phoenix Fitness and Yoga aims to help busy women grow stronger, ease stress, and ditch excuses so they can feel less overwhelmed, prioritize themselves (yes, YOU come first at our studio), and commit to a fitness routine for life. We strive to create a fun, supportive space for women to practice yoga and other forms of exercise. We offer Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Sculpt, HIIT and other fitness classes to suit our members of all abilities.

The studio name Phoenix Fitness and Yoga is inspired by the Phoenix bird which in Greek mythology lives for hundreds of years, dies in the fire, and is reborn from its own ashes.

A 60-minute initial consultation including an in-depth discussion of your nutrition goals, weight, BMI, body fat %, measurements, before photos (optional).
Weekly online check-ins with your coach to discuss progress, and any questions or concerns you may have about your program.
Monthly in-person check-ins with your coach to follow up on your progress, do a weight check in, re-take body fat %, BMI, measurements, and photos (optional).

These sessions can be 30-60 minutes in duration and will be personalized for your individual needs and interests; recovery from injury, back pain, stress management, work on specific yoga poses, alignment, or sequences.
Must be purchased in person with valid ID or paperwork.

We also offer a Slow Flow Vinyasa Class on Thursday mornings at 9:00 which is beginner friendly, and we have private/individualized yoga sessions as well.
