Whether you are new to working out or an experienced fitness guru looking for a place to work out, Forged Soul Fitness has you covered. Our dedicated staff of trainers are here to guide you with comprehensive instruction to ensure a fun and safe environment to achieve your fitness goals. Offering small group classes for the novice or expert in Yoga, Trapeze Yoga, Kickboxing, Barre, Strength and Conditioning, Zumba, Low Impact formats and specialty workshops we are sure to have something to fit your needs.

Not ready yet for group classes? We also offer Personal Training for beginners and veterans to the gym world, one on one assisted stretch sessions (Thai Yoga), and Massage Therapy for recovery and relaxation at our Hammonton, NJ location. In addition to our focus on physical training, we foster a positive environment where we celebrate individuality and body positivity.

Bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and have a variety of exercise needs. Our studio celebrates our members together as we grow, develop, and achieve our own individual goals, supporting each other along the way.

Caryn has had a love hate relationship with fitness.
At one point it was a constant struggle and frustration as to why she couldn't lose the weight and look a certain way.
Now, with the understanding that bodies and people are different, she has come to understand everyone's health and fitness journey is unique.
Caryn now focuses on finding and practicing forms of fitness that feel good and benefit the overall body and person committing to overall health for herself and others.
It's a bonus if there's laughter and good music as well.
Grab a friend and join us for a Saturday afternoon learning the basics of trapeze yoga while still enjoying a quality class and some good relaxation at the end!
This is a great way to test the waters or just have a really great afternoon doing something a little different!
Note: Unlimited members, this is very similar to the Intro to Trapeze you already have on the schedule.
While you are certainly welcome to attend to hone in on any skills, just know this is a similar structure.
Jaki will lead a 90 minute Yin Yoga practice to slowly and deeply stretch the body while calming the mind.
