PHFC offers more than 40 classes each week, and there's one just right for you - whether you're just starting to exercise or you're already fit. Come join us! PHFC offers a variety of memberships to suit every individual or household, and you'll never be locked into a contract.

Princeton Health & Fitness Center opened its doors in 1997 to help all community members live the healthiest possible lifestyle.
Offering a variety of fitness activities and clinical programming, our dedicated, professional staff is here to provide the motivation and resources to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
PHFC is a 44,000 square foot facility that holds two racquetball courts, a group exercise studio, strength training equipment, cardiovascular fitness areas, a quarter-size basketball court, a lap pool and therapy pool.
We're collecting healthy recipes from our staff and members to share with others!
You can contribute by bringing in a copy of your favorite healthy recipe and leaving it at the front desk, or by emailing your favorite healthy recipe to Terri Simpkins at tsimpkins@frontier.com.

We have three categories as seen below.
Cardiovascular equipment featuring treadmills, ski machines, stair climbers, elliptical machines, cross-trainers, spin cycles and more.
Aquatics: heated 25-yard pool for lap swimming and aerobic classes plus a heated/whirlpool/therapy pool.
An individualized health and fitness program, specifically designed to meet personal interests and needs.
Special clinical memberships to assist individuals making the transition from hospital to community-based programs.
A courteous, friendly front desk check-in process for towels, booking racquetball courts and general information.

Whether you're just starting to exercise or you're already fit, you'll find our classes fun, effective, interactive and designed for your fitness level.
Our classes include a variety of activities, high intensity to slow and relaxing.
Below is a list of the classes we offer.
NOTE: We reserve the right to modify the schedule as needed.
SilverSneakers(R) is available to Humana Medicare Advantage Plan members and is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.
Total mind-body workout featuring cardio conditioning, stretching, balancing and relaxation.
This class will challenge beginning, intermediate and advanced yoga participants.
Created for all fitness levels, our Yoga classes are designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well-being.
Yoga helps its participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture.
All yoga classes are held in the downstairs studio, with the exception of the Tuesday & Thursday 5:15 pm classes.
These classes are held in the upstairs studio.
