A gym that truly has something for everyone- no matter your fitness goals or levels of experience- we have a program to fit your needs and our team can't wait to help you along your fitness journey. When we say we have a program for every person, we truly mean it. We want our members to become stronger, faster and healthier.

Our training model is based on the foundations of these training techniques: weightlifting, high intensity interval training, running, rowing, calisthenics, and so much more- all combined to challenge you and help you exceed your goals.MORE | THAN | A | GYM You'll notice something different when you walk in our doors. Growing up with vast interests, I played different youth sports and was a collegiate rower and while fitness was a hobby I didn't truly know it was the field God was calling me until I began personal training.
Our group training sessions can be conquered by any experience level.
You control the intensity of your workout.
Before each session begins, a certified trainer from our team will introduce the workout and session format.
All sessions begin with an instructional preview and demonstration.
Throughout the workout, our training staff is on the floor, correcting form and providing guidance.
Anchor Fitness' group training sessions combine functional movements with high intensity interval training.
Each session incorporating strength with endurance building movements, utilizing the barbell and other equipment to maximize your workouts.
Our training staff provides the highest quality coaching, resources and support but you have to actively take part in the process.
This includes not just showing up to the gym and going through the motions of the workout but pushing yourself to be better than you were yesterday.

Anchor Run by Kids (ARK) is a fitness program geared towards youth ages 3-17 of all ability levels!
Featuring a state of the art 4500sq foot kids skills course, our ARK youth fitness Trainer Alicia teaches your child the fundamentals of fitness in an safe and engaging environment!
ARK sessions help your child build a positive association with fitness and living a healthy lifestyle through fun yet challenging group workouts divided by age.
Our sessions are broken into age groups 3-7 years old and 8-12 years old, and 13-17.
The moment you walk through the doors, you will realize Anchor is more than just a gym.
We are a community.
We enjoy each other's company and you will find events throughout the year help our members and their families connect.
We host specialty workshops to help advance our client's skills, pour into our community with outreach and service, and much more!
