C2CF is our newest beginner program that teaches you CrossFit from the ground up and aligns specifically to your personal goals. The backbone of the program is six sessions with a coach with much, much more! We understand everyone is a little different. Each of us have different goals, different habits, and no one is ever at the same point in their journey.
This is why we offer a FREE Intro! This gives us the opportunity to get to know you, show you around, and find out how we can help. Fit Club is our early-bird boot camp class. It focuses on light weights, cardio, and bodyweight movements to get your day started off right. Classes are 45 minutes long and you can join at any time. Each person is on their own journey so we meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.

It's easiest if you book your class ahead of time so we know you're coming and you can do your waiver online.

Although we'd rather you prioritize our group classes, we understand there are times that life happens and you just can't make it work.
With that, we are now offering 24/7 access to give you added flexibility.
This option is available to anyone with an active membership.
You will receive a copy of these rules and will be expected to abide by them at all times.
