Life is fun, let's enjoy it! High Five Fitness is a warm and welcoming community where daily laughs are shared and lifelong friendships are made. Our athletes inspire us to lead by example as we strive to motivate each other to be better every day. Looking to change up your regular workout routine? Join our 60-minute coach-led CrossFit classes! Movements vary each day but you can expect cardio, weightlifting, and/or gymnastic elements.

Get ready to ride! Join one of our motivational instructors as they take you through a 45-minute high-energy, calorie-burning Spin class. Looking for a great mid-morning workout group? Try our awesome BFit class! Only have 30 minutes in the evening? No problem, join us for Full Force! Maybe you're looking for some active recovery, Aromatherapy Gentle Flow Yoga is great for that!

We also offer Cardio Dance, Pound, and more! High Five Fitness has been one of the best things I have done for myself. The community is incredible and Nate and his staff are so knowledgeable.

Nate and Emily Feldpausch began Williamston Strength and Conditioning in their home garage in May of 2012.
Over the next few years, the gym moved three times to accommodate their growing membership numbers.
One of the first things you will discover about CrossFit is that is indeed for EVERYONE.
CrossFit does not let age define the athlete.
It does not discriminate based on your athletic ability either; Whether you are a former top-level competitor or someone who has not worked out in several years, CrossFit is for you!
Each one-hour class begins with the coach explaining the Workout of The Day (aka the WOD).
We like to keep things constantly varied, so the WOD is different every single day.
WODs can be anywhere from 5 to 35 minutes long and all the movements can be scaled to match the ability of each athlete.
BFit is our long-standing mid-morning class created by a couple of Williamston's most talented, hardworking, and friendliest instructors.
Classes combine aerobic exercise, Pilates, strength training and, of course, laughing!
Expect to get your heart rate up with these fun and exciting workouts.
A low-impact but high-energy class for all ages.
Cardio Dance uses today's radio hits along with easy-to-follow choreographed movements to get your body moving!

Love2Play is our non-profit sister company that works to keep kids moving and encourage a lifetime of LOVING to PLAY! Keep scrolling to learn more.
This popular 30-minute class runs kids through a workout that practices mobility, endurance, technique of various movements, and ends with a game.
It is designed to improve confidence, prevent injury, and have fun!
It can be used in conjunction with sports programs or on its own.
Led by an energetic coach, this class is reserved for teens only!
Athletes will complete a 30 minute high-intensity workout that will challenge and improve their strength and cardio capacity.
