Rachel began her fitness journey at a very young age.
She first competed in track and volleyball at the age of 8.
She went on to play in college where she found her love for the fitness industry only grew and eventually became a full time professional trainer.
Rachel has worked with many different people ranging from very young ages to seniors, people in recovery, muscle gain, weight loss, functional training, and corrective movements or posture.
Her love of fitness drives her to continuously educate herself on the cutting edge fitness practices of the future.
