None of the hyper-competitiveness that you find at many CrossFit gyms. Here you can improve at your own rate, knowing you will have all the support and encouragement you need, from your fellow CrossFitters as well as the coaches. However, as I started coming to the daily workouts, I began to know everyone that was a part of each and every class, as well as the staff itself.
