Mind Body & Soul Fitness
Our goal is to show clients how to lose weight and keep it off with behavior modification, nutritional and life coaching, and spiritual direction. Weight loss involves the whole person. Your mind, body, and spirit. I have found that learning about your moods, your daily stress, your day, your life, provide a pattern of habits that we work through.

When you start to change habits, weight loss becomes easy, and you learn to keep it off, forever. What makes this program different for all of the others you have tried? We develop a relationship with you through daily coaching. Throughout my career that started in 1985 in weight loss and fitness, I have found coaching my clients every day on journals is the key to their success.

Coaching allows us to address your specific needs and assist you in modifying your behaviors, enabling you to achieve your weight loss goal. This is not a long-term diet plan. This is about behavior modification and moderation. Once you reach your weight loss goal, we work with you on maintaining your weight loss and learning to be moderate in your foods.

Just like any coach, they are firm, direct, funny, loving, supportive, informative, and there when you need them.
Not everyone is ready for this type of weight loss behavior modification coaching but read on to determine if you are.
First, let's talk about weight loss.
You will be consuming normal foods from the grocery store.
All food groups are there.
If you have allergies or food restrictions due to medications, your program will reflect that.
Your program is detailed.
You will be told the time you are to eat, which food groups to choose from at a specific time, the specific items within those food groups, and the serving size.
Why be creative with your food?
I have found over the years that 80% of clients do not like to eat the same thing.
They like variety and different tastes and textures.
So, recipes assist you with getting out of that feeling.
Recipes are also easy for families.
If there is only time to cook one meal, this is a great way to feed the family and stay losing weight.
For some of our clients, they prepare a weeks' worth of dinners and freeze for the week.
Meal planning also saves you time and money.
It is also less stressful.
Take your time and scroll through the clients who share with you their transformation.

They stepped on the scale Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and sent it to their coach.
They journaled and made recipes.
They worked through wanting to eat.
They sent their journals every night.
The journals are a powerful and effective tool that we use to make sure that your food is exact for you to lose 3 pounds per week.
