Lori Zywiak, Owner and Fitness Specialist, has been a dedicated teacher of Pilates since 2009. She is a proud graduate of the internationally renowned BASI (Body Arts and Science International) founded by Master Teacher, Rael Isacowitz. Lori is a member of PMA (Pilates Method Alliance). Lori is a certified NASM Personal Trainer.
Her style of training incorporates Pilates as a foundation to building core stabilization, balance, posture, and mobility; then progressing it with other functional exercises that continuously challenge strength, endurance, control, and coordination.Nutrition and health coaching is also a huge part of the equation, and it is offered for every individualized program.
Pilates is an alternative form of exercise that simultaneously strengthens, stretches and defines all muscle groups. It aligns the body while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. Pilates is a mind/body approach to exercise that increases one's awareness of good body mechanics and focuses on the connection of the mind, the breath and the body.

Services
One on One Personal Training consists of an individually created program which includes body measurements and tests, nutrition consultations, and 30 to 60 minutes of training for you to reach your unique fitness/wellness goals.
Private Pilates on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Mat are offered separately or in combination with one on one training sessions.
Semi Private are created for 2 people with similar fitness goals to motivate one another while still being provided with individual guidance and technique.
