Through our amazing community we help you build confidence and good habits to reach your goals. We help you learn the fundamentals of being fit. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you come to classes and put in the work. Congratulations, you've been with CrossFit Great Barrington for 30 days and it's been a great 30 days.

You've already completed a couple of your fitness goals! Congratulations on doing great work and investing in your long-term fitness goals. It's not easy, but you're accomplishing a lot already, so keep the ahhmazing effort (and good times) rolling. We want to celebrate YOU - reaching your milestones, pushing toward your potential, achieving a PR (personal record), and so much more!

Get started with the basics!
In our on-ramp classes our coach will teach you the simple movements you need to get started on your Crossfit journey.
Drop-in's: It'd be great if you'd plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to our box.

Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable.
One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we'll sit down with you and walk through your goals, we'll do a quick fitness assessment with you, and we'll walk through what you can expect.
We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come "throw down" with us!
If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $25 per day or offer a week-long punch pass for $65.

Ann is May's Athlete of the Month because of her unwavering commitment to the zoom workout classes during the pandemic.
