Skills Fitness is a locally owned non-franchised facility.
It's a gathering place of people who want to live healthier lives, and who enjoy helping others do the same. We are parents, couples, singles, young, old and everything in between. We offer every aspect of fitness. We offer group fitness classes of all types. All of our classes are taught by elite, licensed, & certified instructors. Programs include Les Mills, High Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Barre and strength bootcamp.
Our cross-training room and programs are led by three topflight trainers and athletes in the state. Our personal trainers are NASM certified and experienced to help our members achieve their goals.

She received her bachelor's degree in Exercise science and Coaching at Weber State University.
Skills Kids Club is a fun and safe environment where members know they can safely drop their child off for up to 90 minutes while they go and break a sweat at our amazing gym! Members children are well taken care of by some of the best qualified employees who are all CPR certified.
