I've seen them both for personal training and physical therapy after major surgery. I've seen many PTs in my life but none who knew what they were doing half as well! They zeroed in on my exact issues and catered a plan exactly to what I needed, rather than giving me a cookie cutter one size fits all regimen. After graduating from Northeastern University in 2016, Adam has gained experience in numerous settings, treating and training clients and patients of all levels and backgrounds.
Adam aims to foster confidence in exercise and movement, and to guide clients and patients to achieve their fitness, rehab, performance, and personal goals through a well-rounded lifestyle approach, with transparency and long-term solutions at the forefront.
Adam is passionate about mentoring young trainers and PT's as they enter their careers, and aims to more closely intertwine the fields of Physical Therapy and fitness.
We treat on a hybrid PT/personal training model.
Our goal is to enable you to do what is important to you ASAP.
The quickest way to get you there is to provide you with the tools for success and an effective dose of intensity.
As soon as appropriate, the pace of restoration and fitness will have you sweating in PT.
Your time matters, so we use the most efficient means of getting you where you want to go.
