We want you to feel your best between training sessions and workouts, and the Recovery Room is where we help make that happen.
From soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release, to joint mobilization and TheraGun treatments, our licensed physical therapists will work with you to help relieve pain, treat sore muscles and improve your range of motion and mobility.
Dry needling uses a thin monofilament needle to penetrate the skin and treat underlying musculoskeletal injuries, improve blood flow, restore collagen formation and decrease pain.
