Southern Moon CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.
We have a 6,000 square foot facility.

For me personally, training at Southern Moon has been a great experience and opportunity.
I've always struggled not so much with working out but with what to do for my workout.
Spending a few minutes on a treadmill or elliptical machine then doing several random exercises with weights was not cutting it.
I like that I can go to SMCF knowing that the workouts are laid out for us and all I need to do is show up and be ready to work!
I've had results that I would have never been able to accomplish on my own.
