We are a personal training studio located in Coral Springs, Florida. Our facility is 2,500 square feet and has all the equipment and staff you need to attain the best results. We have been helping individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve and surpass their optimal fitness goals for OVER 28 YEARS! Our Mission is to empower you to Commit To Fit by coaching you to elevate your fitness to the next level.

We analyze your current aptitude and create a personalized plan to transform you physically and mentally. We are certified, qualified, and ready to elevate you to your highest self. Manuel Mair (Manny) started One To One Fitness, a personal training studio, 26 years ago in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since then, his priority has been to provide and maintain the highest standard that a fitness training studio can offer in the PT industry.

His mission as a personal trainer is to motivate each client and hold them accountable, with knowledgeable training and top-tier resources, to achieve their health and fitness goals.

We have a specific system that we follow which will allow your muscles to recover in order to push you to the next level.
We teach you proper stretching techniques and encourage you to stretch after your training session and to participate in a cardiovascular program.
