Founder and owner, Namaste Breeden is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) skilled in the prevention, diagnosis, and intervention of emergency, acute, and chronic medical conditions that involve impairment, functional limitations, and disabilities. If you are recovering from surgery, have had pain or injuries or physical therapy and are wondering what the next step to becoming fit and functional is-give Integrative Fitness a call-Namaste will help you "bridge the gap".

A lot of my clients have been to physical therapy and their insurance has run out, but they are not ready to work out in a gym alone without guidance, for fear of re-injuring themselves. Working with Integrative Fitness will help them bridge that gap getting them ready to return to their regular fitness program. At Integrative Fitness, you'll experience training programs that are fun, challenging, and effective and utilize a holistic, individualized approach to health and wellness.

This approach allows us to meet your diversified needs in a short period of time, resulting in an enhanced quality of life!
