CrossFit Lookout
At Lookout, we aim to create a fun, safe, encouraging environment where members can discover their abilities and gain the confidence needed to step out into a more active lifestyle. By teaching Crossfit movements, mobility, endurance, and nutrition fundamentals, Lookout is able to offer a unique health experience that can be scaled to any individual's fitness level or circumstance.

Workouts are varied, intense, and expertly designed to promote change every day and produce concrete results. Kacy was a collegiate cheerleader for the University of Tennessee and has been involved in coaching CrossFit and nutrition for over 6 years. Kacy is committed to building an inclusive community with a mission to improve lives through fitness and nutrition.

She is the epitome of small but mighty - she can go toe to toe with just about anyone in the gym! You can catch Kacy in the mornings and at lunch! Ashley got hooked into CrossFit 8 years ago. Her one goal when she started was to do a push-up. Ashley achieved that goal and went on to achieve another goal which was to compete in regionals (#ripregionals).
Services
We have over 30 classes per week, all lead by our qualified coaches.
Each class offers an organized, fun, and effective approach to getting the workout done!
This membership gives access to as many classes as you want, lifting cycles, coaching, and access to the best community in town!
This membership package includes all the same benefits of the Full Membership, plus the benefits of performing and looking better both in and out of your uniform, at a discounted rate.

No matter your fitness level we will work with you to ensure you will get a fun, quality workout in!
Once you log into the app you can reserve your class!
We will also be in contact with you, so if prefer to reserve a class the old school way, we can totally do that too!

What brought me to lookout?
I came to lookout right after I turned 40.
I had struggled for 2 years getting back to my prebaby weight and I needed motivation.
We take pride in offering a clean, safe, and fun environment for our members and community.
Lookout is conveniently located off of McCallie Ave next to Holtzclaw Ave.
Our facility provides a wide array of equipment to keep you learning and growing in your fitness.
We have brand new locker rooms with spacious showers that allow for privacy and comfort.
Drop in for a free class to see our space in person, or come on a Saturday morning community workout!
We take pride in everything we do, we do not settle for anything that dulls our spark.
We pursue our passion in such a way that it inspires others to pursue theirs.
Even when the going gets hard, our fire burns so strong that it makes us feel alive and ignites us within.
We let go of the idea of perfection, we are not perfect.
We are real.
We let ourselves be flawed and allow ourselves to make mistakes.
We set our ego aside and share our needs with others when appropriate even if it is difficult.
