Leona Brown is a master fitness trainer; Certified Strength and conditioning specialist; USPTR Tennis Pro; Certified Life Coach; Certified Leadership Coach. With over 20 years of experience in fitness and wellness, and as an elite athlete and combat veteran, Leona knows there are no quick fixes, only lifestyle changes. Leona created Conversion Fitness, with the expressed purpose of offering Real People, Real Training, with Real Results!
Leona loves connecting with and empowering clients to reach and surpass their health and fitness goals. While Lydia has been active in sports throughout her childhood and high school, Lydia truly discovered her love and passion for fitness after the birth of her second child in 2008. In the last 11 years, Lydia has become a RRCA Certified Running Coach and has run 26 marathons, 27 half marathons and more than 47 ten mile, 10K and 5K mile races.
Post her running career, Lydia decided to take up Boxing and Muay Thai for a period of 2 years. During that time, Lydia realized she wanted to know more about overall fitness and personal training.

Jania is back in the gym after spending this past summer in AAU travel ball.
One thing I was confident about as Jania travelled and competed nonstop, was that she's was prepared mentally and physically for the challenge.
Our number one goal for Jania during her training season was to make sure that she was able to competed at a high level, while remaining injury free and with stark improvements performance wise from the previous season.
