Our well rounded gym has something for everyone! We offer recreational Ninja classes, competitive and recreational gymnastics, competitive and recreational cheer (American Cheer Extreme), birthday parties, open gyms, and gym rentals. We also have an onsite academic preschool, All American Preschool, that runs in conjunction with the regular school year.
To provide recreational and competitive programs that will help out athletes develop confidence, courage, respect for and appreciation of others in the spirit of sportsmanship. Our recreational cheer classes focus on learning the basics of All Star Cheer in a fun, non-competitive environment. Recreational cheer typically runs in sessions during the school year.

Gymnastics skills and awareness are developed through the use of obstacle courses and other equipment.
Little Stars (3 year olds) In this class, we focus on physical challenges through an obstacle course including basic gymnastics, basic movements, balancing and loco-motor skills.
Little Dippers (ages 18month-3 years) is our parent/ toddler class.
This is a parent-participation class and introduces taking turns, class order and sequence.

In our 3/4 class, we build upon newly developed skills of friendship and compassion.

You don't have to be a member or take classes at our gym in order to come; it is an OPEN gym.
Parents should feel free to stay and watch their kids if they so desire in our lobby.
Parents can also feel free to drop their kids off (ages 5+) and return at the conclusion of the respective open gym session.
