We are ready to open our doors, we have been preparing the past few months so that we can do so in the safest and healthy way possible! Garland's Gymnastics gym provides a positive and uplifting environment, while teaching physical and life skills. Our coaches have caring personalities and take pride in seeing their students progress physically and emotionally.

At Garland's, gymnastics is more than a sport. It's a gateway to learning self-discipline and social skills that children will carry with them throughout their lives. Gymnastics is a beautiful sport with a lot to offer both girls and boys, including building confidence and learning self-discipline. Preparation for competitive gymnastics requires dedication, commitment, and a positive attitude.

The results can be amazing-both on and off the floor! Recreational gymnastics classes provide an opportunity for kids of all ages to learn how to tumble, cartwheel, handspring, and even make their way through obstacle courses. Classes are fun, fast paced, and age-appropriate.
Services
Competitive gymnastics takes dedication and hard work.
It takes commitment from the gymnast and their family.
As a gymnast moves up into higher levels, more and more time is spent in the gym and weekends are often devoted to meets-within the state and beyond.
Students selected for high-level competitive gymnastics demonstrate a physical ability for the sport, have a good attitude, and are willing to learn and take direction in a positive way.
With competitive gymnastics, we seek to find a balance between coaches guiding and motivating gymnasts and the gymnasts guiding their own improvement through self-motivation.
Open gym is an opportunity for gymnasts to hone their skill and practice new moves.
It's also an opportunity to make up classes that were missed.
Open gymnastics is supervised but unstructured gym time for students to explore the gym and to practice on their own in a clean and respectful environment.
Children are free to use most apparatuses plus our 40-foot in-ground trampoline, climbing rope, rope swing, giant pendulum swing, bounce house, and huge in-ground foam pit.
Open gym happens every Saturday 6:00pm - 8:00pm and you do not need to be a member to come and play!
Our gymnastics summer camps provide kids with a lot of fun activities in a safe, clean, and air-conditioned environment.
Many options are offered, including one-day camps, preschool camps, and two-week camps.
Each is designed to progress in tumbling, gymnastics, ninja skills, or cheer while the kids learn discipline and make friends.
All skill levels are invited to our gymnastics summer camps, as camps and obstacle courses are adjusted to the child's ability.
Beginner/Intermediate tumbling camp focuses on basic skills and builds on those skills as the camp progresses.
First, we'd like to thank those loyal customers and the awesome support you've shown us.
It is truly heartwarming to know you've got our backs in these tough times.
With the current mandates in place, we will not be opening for parties until Phase 4. Until then, stay safe.
Make your next birthday party a gymnastics birthday party!
Don't let the name fool you - Garland's Gymnastics birthday parties are more than gymnastics.
We're a fully equipped tumbling gym with supervised, age-appropriate activities for children ages 2 - 12.
Wine Country Classic It is with great honor that we annually host the meet in memory of Rod Ostboe.
