I'm Amy Jeschke, the owner and head instructor of Zumba and Zumba Toning at My Dance Addiction. I began teaching Zumba in 2012, after the birth of my first child. I struggled to get rid of the leftover baby weight - that is, until I found Zumba. With Zumba, I could really enjoy exercise, get that boost of energy needed for taking care of an active toddler, and even lose weight!
In 2014, while I was pregnant with my second child, My Dance Addiction was formed. It was the product of good instructor friends who became addicted to the power of dance, music and fitness. Our mission was to create the ultimate dance fitness classes for people of all ages and skill levels, and to help everyone from beginners looking to get in shape, to professionals looking to advance their skills.
Though several of the early members have since moved on to other things, My Dance Addiction continues to offer pure, fun-filled, easy-to-follow, calorie-blasting, energetic dance classes to the most popular and infectious music from around the world.

This is a Zumba/Toning mix class featuring 3-4 songs using the Toning sticks or lightweight dumbbells.
