Born and raised in Whittier, California, Lauren grew up playing soccer, weightlifting, and expressing herself through dance. Going into early adulthood, Lauren prioritized her career and social life; exercise and nutrition were placed on the back burner and she gained a total of 75 pounds. At her heaviest, Lauren weighed 215 lbs, felt lethargic, and depression set in.
After some soul searching and the support of her wife, Lauren took a step in the right direction and enrolled in a boot camp; this was the catalyst that reignited her passion for fitness. As she began her journey back to fitness, Lauren felt the call to create her own program, a program where she would help people from all walks of life. She was determined to open a fitness facility where people could make life changes that were relevant to them.
This is how Alchemy Fit Lab was born. Alchemy Fit Lab offers various services to accommodate different needs and interests. We offer personal training, semi-personal training, HIIT sessions, high-energy jump classes, and an open gym concept at our Uptown Gym location.

High energy, rebound jump boot class set to music featuring, todays hits, hip hop, 90, dance, salsa etc.
55 minutes, with 6-7 persons per group max.
Session are 3 times per week specializing in strength training and conditioning.
Conducted in a structured setting to hold clients accountable to a specific time with a trainer and group.
This is a great option for those whom want to save money but still have or need some specific attention from a trainer in the form of corrections and nutritional guidance.
