SPOT workouts are for everyone-people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

The workouts can be adapted for any age and level of fitness. We strive to help improve strength and conditioning with a variety of functional movements at different intensity levels. Functional movements are movements we perform in our daily lives like squatting, pushing, pulling and lifting things from the ground. In addition, the body is conditioned with running, rowing, biking and many more cardio exercises.

Our coaches teach you how to do these movements correctly and build strength so you can be unstoppable in your everyday life. When we perform these movements at high intensity the goal is to burn unwanted fat, and build stamina and endurance.
