Services
Lacey spent nearly 10 years as an Exercise Specialist in local physical therapy clinics, teaching people exercises to assist in their injury recovery and get them back into top shape.
When she wasn't in the clinic rehabbing patients, she was busy training high-level athletes all around the world.
Lacey now specializes her personal training in injury management and recovery working with humans from all backgrounds with a variety of athletic and life experiences helping them perform to their best ability.
Pli and Pulse fuses the best of ballet, strength, yoga, and Pilates.
Join us for a 60-minute, three-phase workout: - Dynamic warm-up-gets your muscles ready - Standing strength segment-Tones the major muscle groups of the lower and upper body all while engaging your core.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and cardio health!
This program is for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Using scientifically proven methods for performance enhancement each participant will have a training program created by our expert sports performance coach and then will be coached through each session to help take them to the next level.
Cary Stark, or Stark, is our Sports Performance coach, as well as a personal trainer, and Rock Steady Boxing coach.
He is originally from Texas, but has been living in Washington on and off for about 11 years.
Snohomish Fitness Center and Inspired Beginnings: Birth Redefined have partnered to create this one-of-a-kind, inclusive childbirth class is designed to focus on your total wellness.
Not only will you receive information about birth, breast/chestfeeding, and postpartum from an experienced, certified educator, you will learn from a variety of local medical professionals, and prenatal and postpartum certified personal trainers at Snohomish Fitness Center.
The trainers will share pregnancy-safe workouts and will meet you with you individually to understand your specific needs.
We are looking for a certified personal trainer to take clients Saturday from 8-2 and Monday thru Friday 3pm to 8pm.
Position will take time to build to consistent hours, but a great facility with excellent support and growth options.
We are looking for a certified group instructor to be a substitute for our established classes.
We offer aerobics and barre style classes at 9am Monday through Friday.
We would love to have a sub to fill in when our instructors take vacation.
