Since PPTC is a gym that thrives off its growing community, we encourage each client to have their first session FREE! We want to make sure you know PPTC is a great fit for you. After your first session, you will be provided with our pricing options.

Throughout my professional career as a coach I have worked with every age and skill level- from children at age 6, to high school & college athletes, and even senior citizens that are 80 + years old!
I have been fortunate enough and am very grateful that I have been able to help numerous people lose weight, shred fat, build muscle, increase strength very quickly, and (for my athletes) greatly improve their athletic performance.

Each week in the month of October, starting on the 4th and ending on the 30th, we will have a tire flipping contest - see how many tire flips you can complete in 3 minutes!
Buy in is just $10 - each buy in gets you TWO 3 minute tries (these will be added up, and whoever has the most tire flips out of there two tries will be the winner).
You will also get a workout that day to go along with the tire flip contest.
