I am an I.S.S.A Certified Personal Trainer with 7 years of experience. I am also CPR/AED certified. I offer personalized fitness routines that will help lose weight and build and tone muscle. In my current role as a personal trainer, I enjoy pushing clients to be their all by setting an example in my own personal fitness. I make certain that my actions follow my words and I count on my clients to do the same.
My goal is to encourage, educate, motivate, and appreciate. I believe all of life's challenges are opportunities for growth. My life's journey has set my life mission which is to inspire others to enhance and change their lives through physical fitness. Healthy living is the foundation of everything we do.
