Claudia and Laura have been personal training for over 12 years.
Once the gym they were working for closed their doors, they each ventured out on their own as independent personal trainers.
Over the last two years they realized they each had a unique offering for their clients that fit hand in hand.
Claudia specializes in helping people move better so that they are pain-free and feeling good (FMS)!
Laura specializes in using the latest technology (ARX) which provides safe, effective, and quantified strength training.
Laura uses the safest and most effective form of resistance training to-date.
Utilizing motorized resistance (instead of weights) and computer controlled software, ARX machines provide the client with efficient and measurable resistance training like no other technology can.
This ARX machine is the ONLY ARX in the Indianapolis area and only one of two facilities in the state of Indiana offering its unique style of workout.
You'll need much less time in the gym to see all the benefits of strength training: lowered blood pressure and cholesterol, increased energy and stamina, stronger immune systems among many others!
This means that the resistance can never become excessive, very little skill learning is involved, and nothing can ever fall on you.
It means less time in the gym with the same or even better results than 3x/week of an hour weight lifting.
