Bayway CrossFit
In our CrossFit classes you will see bits and pieces of plyometrics, gymnastics, rowing, sprinting, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and jumping all combined into one program that will take you to an elite level of fitness. This is BayWay CrossFit's weightlifting and strength class! Our main focus with this class will be improving the efficiency of the snatch and clean & jerk but will subsequently make everyone in the program better at CrossFit.

Our main focus at BayWay CrossFit is our group classes, but we understand that not everyone is ready for group classes just yet. The best way to get you comfortable is with one-on-one training sessions where we can dedicate 100% of our attention to you. One-on-one training sessions are also perfect for athletes who have hit a plateau or need to work on a specific skill or movement that's holding them back.

These sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals - especially when the WOD is just not enough to get you to where you want to be.

This challenge was designed by OptimizeMe Nutrition and focuses on ensuring a baseline level of fruits, veggies, and protein every day - without weighing and measuring everything and without restricting anything!
Hence, it's "lazy" but still offers significant results.
It combines the #800gChallenge (eating 800 grams, by weight, of fruits and veggies each day) with a protein target.
By setting a target on these underrepresented items in most diets, the overall quantity is reduced as well as a more even macronutrient balance is achieved.
