The Free weight area is equipped with impact-absorbent flooring, with weightlifting bumper plates, and rubber covered dumbbells, with room for olympic and power style lifts.
Multiple adjustable benches and racks are also available.
Besides conventional machines and free weights, we employ "odd" modes of resistance training such as sleds, kettlebells, ropes, tires and other equipment to make workouts fresh, challenging, and functional.

From beginners to advanced, from very intricate choreography to basic no brainer workouts, we have a class for you.
Cardio Kix: If you like kickboxing and awesome strength training, this is a kickin' good time.
This is a great interval class of cardio and resistance training.
Cardio Pump: This is the most maximal fat burning class ever.
Come try one of our many cardio classes.

This is a very enthusiastic, upbeat group exercise class taught on a stationary bike.
Simple instruction - lots of calories burned.
Please reserve a bike and arrive early, especially if you're new - bike setup can take 10 minutes.
60 min class.
Cycle Core: 45-60 min of cycle followed by core work.
Cycle Express: 45 min express class.
Cycle Mix: This is a surprise class!
The instructor decides (with influence of the students) on what cycle class to conquer.
Come prepared for anything.
This is a very enthusiastic, upbeat group exercise class taught on a stationary bike.
Simple instruction - lots of calories burned.
Please reserve a bike and arrive early, especially if you're new - bike setup can take 10 minutes.
60 min class.

It has 3 lanes and is 25 yards long.
It is open for lap swimming except when water aerobics is occurring.
