At Blue Ridge CrossFit, we train using high-intensity, short-interval functional movements. Our routines are constantly varied and always challenging. With top level Coaches and Personal Trainers on our staff, we are well-equipped to safely and effectively get you where you want to be. Dropped in with my wife and Owner/Coach Tom Tomlo made sure she was comfortable with the WOD and movements since she is newer to crossfit. Definitely recommend you stop in and check it out. BRCF is amazing. I live and work out of the country, but have a house in the area an return every couple of months.

All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.
The focus of our Olympic Lifting class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts.
This will be a 1 hour group session.
We will focus on technical efficiency and lifting correctly before adding load to these lifts.
